Eighth Annual “Tools of Cooperation” Seminar
Sponsored by The Divorce Cooperative Institute
December 2-3, 2010
The American Club
Kohler, Wisconsin

This year DCI focuses on the impact of a divorce on children at the various stages of psychological development, how to resolve placement issues at each stage, and creating custody and placement agreements for high conflict parents and problem adolescents.

The program will be presented by Dr. Cindy Van Schooten and Judge Robert Mawdsley (retired Waukesha County Circuit Judge) and is based upon presentations they have made to to the National Judicial College and Wisconsin Family Court judges.

Judge Mawdsley will also administer the Kiersey Temperament Sorter assessment and explain the results, including those for the many Wisconsin judges who have taken the assessment. The participants will identify the communication and work styles of the majority of judges and gain a better understanding of their own work styles and communication.
